All details that the user provides, is used for making profile, password/OTP identification and is used, held or processed as per our Registration process. You agree to submit accurate, complete, and up-to-date user information and any failure to provide information, may result in rejection of any claims, and TBCPL will not be responsible for the same.

TBCPL makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information. Also TBCPL makes no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever to you or any other person relating in any way to the services, including any part thereof, or any website or any content or services that may be accessible or provided directly or indirectly through the services.
Indemnity
The buyer and the users hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TBCPL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, attorneys and agents, from and against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses asserted against or incurred by the TBCPL arising out of any breach by the buyer or the users of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
Limitations of Liability
TBCPL entire liability, if any, for any claims arising out of the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the buyer to TBCPL for those particular order / invoices, if any, during the three months period of opting the services. These limitations of liability apply only after TBCPL has been expressly informed of the potential loss in writing.
TBCPL and its team members, affiliates, agents, and licensors provide the service on as is basis on their best effort basis, and cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, non- infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information available through this service, or the service itself. In no event shall TBCPL be liable to you for any direct or indirect damages resulting out or in connection with the use of the services.
You will be responsible for managing, storing all your documents and the content pertaining to the services. TBCPL will not be liable for any loss or damage due to the loss of the information and you should cross verify the information provided and shared through the services.
Severability
If any provisions of this Agreement shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable by any court of law, the remaining provisions shall be severable and enforceable in accordance with their terms. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of the Company's incorporation.
Jurisdiction and Governing Laws
Use of TendersPlus.com under the mentioned Terms & Conditions, is subject to the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the same, will be governed by applicable data protection law in India and/or applicable as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within India.
Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved finally and exclusively by binding individual arbitration with a single arbitrator administered by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by TBCPL and the venue of proceeding shall be New Delhi, India. All proceedings shall be in English.
The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding on you and the TBCPL and the expenses of the arbitration shall be borne in such manner as the arbitrator may determine.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
TBCPL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or its policies at any time, effective with immediate effect of publishing the same for all past, present and future transactions. The users should regularly review this Agreement, as your use of the services is an agreement to revised Terms & Conditions.
The terms mentioned herein shall not be changed by anyone apart from TendersPlus.com Authorized team or TBCPL management. The same terms and conditions of use shall be applicable to all users.
Refund Policy
TBCPL appreciates your use of our website Tendersplus.com and purchasing the services from our team. TBCPL ensures that the buyer has made an informed decision of buying the services after properly evaluating the services, gathering all the required information from the website or our team, free trial etc. TBCPL also assumes that the buyer understands the importance of providing required information, documents and other details on a timely basis for the required services without which the TBCPL team will not be able to complete the servicing from their end and the buyer has then only made the payment for the services.
After making the payment, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained as TBCPL assumes that the buyer has evaluated the services and has clarified all the information with respect to the services. TBCPL team will complete the services opted by the customers on the best effort basis and provide all necessary support to the buyers.
Incase of any unforeseen circumstances, TBCPL team confirms to the client by mail that the services cannot be completed, the buyer will be given a choice to opt for any other services of equal value or get the refund on a prorated basis after deducting the service charges of the services completed till that time. If the customer insists, the refund will be initiated and will be processed within 30 working days in the customer’s bank account.
100% Technical Qualification in Tender Bidding
This clause is valid only in case the customer supports with proper documentation and fulfills all the criteria mentioned in the tenders in a specific time period for the team to complete the details in proper manner. TBCPL also assumes that the buyer understands the importance of providing required information, documents and other details on a timely basis for the required services without which the TBCPL team will not be able to complete the servicing from their end and the buyer has then only made the payment for the services.
Money Back Gurantee
** Money Back Guarantee Offer is applicable within 7 days of invoicing and the customer need to specify the reason for availing the offer by mailing @ contact@tenderplus.com. The refund amount will be calculated based after deduction of the services availed amount as per the normal pricing after removing the discounts given for opting the services.
